I’m not a doctor. I’m not a fitness expert. I don’t have a bunch of letters after my name.
I’m just someone who’s been through it — the late nights, the self-doubt, the “I’ll start again on Monday” cycle. I’ve felt the weight of wanting change so badly and not knowing where to start. And I’ve watched the people I care about struggle with the same thing.
That’s why I started this blog.
Not to pretend I have it all figured out — but to share what I’ve learned and help make the journey feel a little less lonely for you.
Why I Created This Space
Let’s be honest — there’s a lot of noise out there when it comes to weight loss.
Everyone seems to have a quick fix or some “magic” secret. But what most of them don’t talk about is the emotional side — the frustration, the guilt, the shame that creeps in when progress feels slow or invisible.
I created this blog because I was tired of all the pressure and perfection.
I wanted a place where we could talk about real change, in real life — the kind that happens one small decision at a time.
What I Promised You
You’re trusting me with something deeply personal, and I don’t take that lightly. So here’s what I can promise:
